- HMRC requirements - Monthly EC Sales to HMRC and assisting with quarterly VAT return
- credit Control and communication with customers
- assist with monthly management accounts / board packs
- opening new Customer and Supplier accounts
- loading, transporting, delivering, and physically putting products onto our customers racking in a safe, timely manner
- monitoring and managing returns
- completing required documentation
- be presentable and professional at all times as an ambassador for Apex Fastening Solutions
- managing your deliveries efficiently, ensuring that Kanban deliveries are made on the allocated day and at the appropriate time for Apex customers

- manual Handling Experience
- minimum 2 years driving experience
- forklift License
- must hold a full, clean driving licence

- supervise the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards such as cycle counts and location verification
- coordinate warehouse team to ensure operations are running effectively and efficiently
- manage inventory levels to track stock movements and maintain accurate records
- conduct regular inspections of equipment, including delivery vans and forklifts, to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations
- implement effective materials handling procedures to optimise space utilisation and improve workflow efficiency
- train, mentor, and evaluate team members, enabling a culture of continuous improvement
- analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs
- assist with introduction of new KPI process, ensure that the goals are monitored and achieved
- excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams
- strong knowledge related to warehouse equipment and operations
- proficient in dispatch and receiving procedures with a keen eye for detail
- familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems to manage inventory effectively
- strong logistical acumen with an understanding of supply chain dynamics
- ability to analyse business processes critically for continuous improvement
