- SOS Surf Shop is looking for a Shop Manager to join our team. Salary - Negotiable depending on experience
- manage the overall operations of the store including scheduling, scheduling, training, staffing, and budgeting
- we offer a permanent full time position working a variety of shifts
- manage the staff to ensure that they are fully trained and have proper work schedules
- SOS is more than just a surf shop; it is a beacon for the true connoisseurs of the ocean

Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in retail management or other related fields
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to positively communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
