Responsibility

  • diagnose issues
  • disclose incidents
  • solve all issues
  • monitor the network equipment
  • provide 1st line technical support to telephone requests and emails from users
  • monitor our Network equipment to ensure that we stay within our SLA, evaluate/diagnose and fix issues when they arise, keep a log of faults effectively, report network incidents and maintenance windows internally and externally, schedule equipment maintenance in time whilst causing minimal disruption to the customers, add/remove network equipment to our monitoring software, create network diagrams for the solutions we provide to our customers
