- overseeing contractors and other professionals across the principals' properties. Resolving issues whilst keeping principles informed of progress
- preparing staff rotas, especially for the nannies
- assist with managing the principles' vehicles, art collections, antiques and other valuables
- ensuring a smooth running of the residence
- some international travel will be required, to ensure the principles' needs are met 24/7
- event management - both in UK and abroad - guest lists, invitations, food tastings etc for high profile dinners and parties
- sourcing hard-to-find items such as sold-out concerts, sports events etc
- assist with the preparation and finalisation of presentations and other documents
