- check, produce & upload monthly GP invoice payment schedules
- organise and maintain billing, finance & personal inbox with the finance team
- collaborate & provide support to finance team in UK & Ireland
- produce audit schedules & reconciliations
- raising monthly invoicing and calculating end of month accruals - Interacting & liaising with customer relationship managers for monthly updates, collating headcount data from Customer Support
- credit control function - Sending through weekly statements/reminders and developing a positive & proactive approach to solving customer queries. Understanding & reacting swiftly to queries in order to improving cashflow
