- lead on monitoring supplier performance against contract KPIs and provide support and guidance on contract management to the appropriate staff

- lead on the development and embedding of the Anthem procurement policy, establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the policy and associated procurement routes are fit for purpose and deliver required financial savings
- own the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the procurement guide - the documents, policies, processes and templates required to enable effective management of procurement requirements
- ensure the procurement guide is understood by schools, particularly the public sector procurement rules, and that appropriate processes and procedures are applied to ensure legal compliance
