- reporting into the office manager you will be responsible for raising purchase orders and maintenance tracking and reporting
- this role is fully office based and hours can be available to work around you
- manage and Co-ordinate daily administrative tasks
- applicants will be experienced administrators with experience in tracking and logging of projects or works
- raising purchase orders on the system and ensure correct nominal coding is applied
- logging maintenance work needed on commercial vehicles
- experience of working in the logistics or transport industry would be an advantage but is not essential
- liaising with maintenance team to arrange planned works
