- experience in advising on and leading HR policy, processes, and performance management
Responsibility
- expanding business looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team at their new Peterborough site
- work and support all stakeholders of the business, ensuring clear, concise communication and collaborative ways of working
- value the importance of ‘team’ and conduct business in a structured and professional manner
- advising on ER case work, working with school leadership teams to advise on best practice case management
- supporting the Head of HR with the development and roll out of the HR strategy
- clearly visible in all areas of our business including the factory, warehouse and packhouse, as well as the offices
- advising school leadership on recruitment processes, sitting on panels for senior leadership positions as needed
- working collaboratively on HR project work which reaches across the trust, working with your colleagues
