- oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant

- maintain accurate inventory of food items on the shelves, in boxes or in ovens
- manage crew members such as Back of House and Front of House staffs and ensure high quality service is provided
Requirements
- proven work experience as a General Manager or similar role
