  • the role will include cooking meals to order, as well as some pre-orders, preparation, and also baking homemade produce to retail from our deli counter
  • candidates should be familiar with the principles of HACCP, have experience in a busy kitchen, and strive to maintain high standards in all areas to ensure customer satisfaction
  • candidates must be able to work as part of a team, yet take on the responsibility of ensuring HACCP documentation is kept up to date, stock levels of ingredients are maintained to ensure sufficient supply whilst practicing good stock rotation and wastage being kept to a minimum
  • with a big focus on teamwork, everyone is expected to help each other front of house, back of house, and thinking ahead to the next shift to maintain a happy ship, we all work together
