Responsibility

  • ● Uploading contact data onto Salesforce . Using bulk uploads where possible and assisting Fundraising Officer where necessary
  • ● Preparing weekly banking batches for cash and cheques
  • ● Banking cash and cheques or working with Children on the Edge volunteers who assist with banking
  • ● Monitoring finance email inbox
  • ● Responsible for reconciling petty cash account monthly
