Responsibility

  • the company provides a variety of medical tests from DNA samples, including parentage, drugs, alcohol, disease and many others
  • the Client Service Administration role provides first line support to our Client Services Department and Collections Officers
  • you would be providing our clients with quotations for services required and completing order forms on our bespoke customer management system
  • accurately checking requirements fully and acknowledging new instructions, completing and sending follow up letters and reports ensuring quality checks are completed
  • preparing and sending sampling kits to our samplers and private clients, and assured peace of mind kits and reports
  • ANGLIA DNA is a real success story and has seen rapid growth, which is set to continue under the leadership of its’ dynamic owner
  • you will need good communication skills, be organised, self-motivated and thorough
  • we are a small flexible team which has recently expanded to the extent that we now need more Client Service Administrators for our clients
