the Client Service Administration role provides first line support to our Client Services Department and Collections Officers
you would be providing our clients with quotations for services required and completing order forms on our bespoke customer management system
accurately checking requirements fully and acknowledging new instructions, completing and sending follow up letters and reports ensuring quality checks are completed
preparing and sending sampling kits to our samplers and private clients, and assured peace of mind kits and reports
