Responsibility
- ensure statements received from other suppliers are reconciled fully, regularly, on a rolling basis
- ensure and demonstrate visual checks are made on ledger entries for suppliers with no statements
- suppliers to be contacted with regards to any statement reconciliation discrepancies
- ensure that suppliers added to precision pay continue to adhere to the agreed process
- internal communication to be maintained on any items held under query
- ensure statements are received from key suppliers as determined from time to time and ensure these are reconciled monthly using the agreed processes
- ensure supplier queries are dealt with in conjunction with continued statement reconciliations and production of remittances
- demonstrate transactions have been validated and reconciled prior to producing any remittance
Requirements
- experience of working in a Purchase Ledger environment
- excellent attention to detail, together with a ‘can-do’ attitude in resolving issues
