Responsibility

  • ensure statements received from other suppliers are reconciled fully, regularly, on a rolling basis
  • ensure and demonstrate visual checks are made on ledger entries for suppliers with no statements
  • suppliers to be contacted with regards to any statement reconciliation discrepancies
  • ensure that suppliers added to precision pay continue to adhere to the agreed process
  • internal communication to be maintained on any items held under query
  • ensure statements are received from key suppliers as determined from time to time and ensure these are reconciled monthly using the agreed processes
  • ensure supplier queries are dealt with in conjunction with continued statement reconciliations and production of remittances
  • demonstrate transactions have been validated and reconciled prior to producing any remittance

Requirements

  • experience of working in a Purchase Ledger environment
  • excellent attention to detail, together with a ‘can-do’ attitude in resolving issues
