Responsibility

  • the core focus of the role will be to provide a first-class service to our customers. Working closely with the sales team, and other departments, to ensure the smooth running of the after sales process providing a seamless customer journey
  • primarily you will be responsible for looking after the customer from the point of sale throughout the on-boarding process and provide regular contact with the customer to ensure 100% client retention
