- experience in leading and managing teams

- NVQ 5 or above, or equivalent

- domiciliary care: 2 years
Responsibility
- working in the community to manage a caseload of service users who reside in their homes
- carry out the initial and ongoing assessments of our service users as well as develop their person-centred Care Plans
- participate in the On-Call rota
- liaise with local authorities as well as health and other professionals
- recording all emergency calls and passing the information to appropriate parties
- ensure any regulatory activity, such as personal care and administering medicines, is delivered within regulations
- to assist the care coordinator in matching appropriate staff to cover shifts, introduce the care assistants to new packages, and carry out regular monitoring visits
- to ensure the implementation and compliance of all relevant legislation and regulatory body guidance
