Responsibility
- support the young person in settling into the accommodation and local community; help the young person locate all the local resources
- support and monitor the young person’s ability to engage with everyday living skills, identifying their needs where necessary
- to encourage the young persons to engage and take part with local activities and events where possible
- maintain and follow our robust record-keeping system, and complete all required paperwork and administration

- support young people in accessing education, training or employment, For those that are unable to engage in mainstream education providers, we have an onsite training hub where you will be trained on how to deliver short courses to the young person to help them gain skills and confidence and obtain the necessary requirements to be able to find apprenticeships, apply for further education or employment, it is an expectation to support the young person to progress to this stage and to encourage where possible
