Responsibility

  • we are now looking for an experienced supported living Service Manager to join our growing company and manage our biggest service in Hackney, London
  • it is essential candidates applying for this position are able to demonstrate their experience working within this type of care, managing a staff team, the service itself and supporting our vulnerable adults with a high level of care meeting all the standards required
  • all our clients who live within our 24 hour care are vulnerable and suffer from many different complex mental health disorders, disabilities and some substance misuse
  • complying with national care standards
  • our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working in a similar environment, a great understanding of supported living and the CQC requirements, and a strong amount of knowledge of different disorders
  • taking overall responsibility for the quality care provided
  • as a Service Manager, you will be responsible for daily management of the Supported Living establishments in Hackney, the type of care we offer varies according to our clients
  • remaining up to date with relevant care standards legislation
