Responsibility

  • help run all aspects of the kitchen operation
  • stock control and some ordering of food stock in Head Chefs absence
  • ensure there is an adequate amount of supplies and prep for service
  • be able to work in a fast paced and small-sized kitchen
  • monitoring all dishes for quality, presentation and portion control
  • demonstrate strong work ethics and a 'can do' attitude
  • enforce strict health and hygiene standards
