ANGEL ADVANCE is looking for employees for positions:
- taking care of an existing client base and dealing with the day-to-day enquiries in relation to their accounts

- review and action all required proof documents from customers to assist the advisors in activating/applying the required customer solution
- handling objections and answering any queries from customers relating to the verification and application/activation process
- logging and maintaining calendar appointments according to shifts and availability
- answering queries, logging feedback, and identifying, logging, and resolving complaints
- managing your own workload to ensure that all KPIs are achieved each month
- ensuring that you always meet and maintain Angel Advance’s high-quality standards
- assessing and understanding user stories and coding tasks
- designing, developing, and coding new features, applications, upgrades and bug fixes to high-quality standards and customer expectations
- support of existing applications
- progressing tasks and coding deliverable to completion
- designing and coding high-quality, readable and maintainable Unit Tests to ensure maintainability, confidence and testability of changes
- taking part in code reviews and collaborate with other developers
- the technology stack you'll be working with is .NET framework, MVC, C#, ASP.net, .Net Core, SQL Server, Azure, CSS & HTML, Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Entity framework
- proactively grow your professional capabilities and those of the team
- proficient .NET 4.x, .Net core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL, Entity Framework
- web technologies including CSS, HTML, Javascript, bootstrap and jquery
- good experience of Unit Testing and Integration Testing; an understanding of TDD, mock testing, ability to write and run unit tests
- relevant degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
- able to communicate clearly with team members and colleagues
- capable problem solver and solution designer
- knowledge of web application security and best practices
- NET development experience in a commercial environment
