Responsibility
review P&L account monthly with the board, agreeing on clear targets for improvements for any targets not achieved
working with the designated heads of department and accounts dept. to prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
to be fully aware of the Fire Safety procedures and Health and Safety regulations
communicate effectively with the team, through regular meetings – manager’s meetings to be held weekly and staff meetings to be held monthly
to liaise with Reception re. table reservations, parties and special requests and communicate this information to the rest of the team
ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards
managing staff and providing them with feedback
responding to customer complaints
