Responsibility
- review P&L account monthly with the board, agreeing on clear targets for improvements for any targets not achieved
- working with the designated heads of department and accounts dept. to prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
- to be fully aware of the Fire Safety procedures and Health and Safety regulations
- communicate effectively with the team, through regular meetings – manager’s meetings to be held weekly and staff meetings to be held monthly
- to liaise with Reception re. table reservations, parties and special requests and communicate this information to the rest of the team
- ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards
- managing staff and providing them with feedback
- responding to customer complaints
