  • performing clerical tasks such as faxing, scanning, mailing and filing documents
  • organising refreshments for visitors, customers and guests
  • laise with the accounts department to print and forward incoming purchase ledger invoices and checking mileage claims
  • keep front desk tidy and presentable

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
