business development executive

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • develop new business opportunities within existing markets
  • identify and develop new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc
  • prospect for new business by using CRM tools
  • develop and execute a proven sales strategy
  • maintain accurate records of sales activity and sales performance metrics
  • report on sales performance on a monthly basis
  • collaborate with other departments to achieve departmental goals
  • continually evaluate current sales efforts to determine how they match our strategic plan

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills in all forms, written and verbal
  • IT literate and some experience of using a CRM, training will be given
  • sales experience - ideally in B2B or B2C
  • A positive attitude with a winning mentality
  • strive to work together to achieve our vision
  • treat people with respect and be able to adapt to change
  • 1-3 years’ experience in similar sales role preferred
  • sales: 1 year
