  • analyse specialist sub-contractor quotations ensuring project requirements are met
  • maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • proven ability to work on own initiative with a high degree of accuracy
  • good commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail
  • previous experience in the building services trade, ideally in the plumbing & heating industry
  • experience in reading and understanding schematics advantageous
  • previous experience as a trainee/estimating admin beneficial
