- at least 2 years of experience working as a security leader in a healthcare setting or business preferred
- experience working with security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarms, fire safety equipment preferred but not required
- must be able to follow instructions from multiple management levels including management on-site and dispatch
- support Worker: 1 year
- must be able to work with a variety of senior management throughout the day to ensure that the facility is running smoothly and safely
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- ensure that fire safety equipment is maintained and that there are no fire-related hazards in the building
- inspect surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activity and detect any breaches in security
- ensure that all residents are kept safe at all times by following instructions from residents, management, and dispatch on this issue
