  • you will be mainly dealing with customers by phone, online chat and e-mail, processing and invoicing orders, payments and refunds

  • hours of Work 40 hours per week working 8am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • an exciting opportunity has arisen within our company and we are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our customer services team
  • provide quotes, complete invoices and process payments throughout the day either online, by cash or cheque
  • answer customer enquiries via telephone, online chat and email providing excellent service
