Responsibility
- developing retrofit projects into deliverable programmes of work with supply chain partners
- robust contract management
- supporting and advising on contract and commercial property matters, allocating resource as appropriate to ensure delivery
- ensuring that delegated authorities are appropriate, and that the organisation is compliant with the procurement regulations
- ensuring retrofit / decarbonisation projects are successfully delivered to high quality and compliant with PAS 2030/35
- collaboration with Property teams, Portfolio Strategy and Sustainability teams to ensure supply chain activity delivery the wider objectives and Quality Assurance standards of Property Services
