- completing client and supplier contract and document reviews. For example – terms & conditions and NDAs
- acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries from the business regarding compliance and contracts
- supporting internal and external audits, and risk assessments, including scheduling, reports and execution
- monitoring and supporting tasks related to compliance obligations of the business
- maintaining, monitoring and updating internal tools, records and documentation
- keeping up to date with regulatory developments and legislative or business changes
