Contract type
- participating in, reviewing and ensuring Anaergia’s obligations with respect to compliance in any new operating contract are reasonable and deliverable
- ensuring Anaergia’s contract responsibilities relating to any Environmental Permit are met
- participating in the development of, reviewing and ensuring Anaergia’s budget in any new operating contract is reasonable and deliverable
- ensuring Anaergia’s budget is met or exceeded on all operating contracts
- participating in the development of, reviewing and ensuring Anaergia’s performance obligations in any new operating contract are reasonable and deliverable
- ensuring all operating contracts meet or exceed their performance obligations
- supporting plant operations teams to ensure additional working time is correctly recognised and compensated
- carrying out regular reviews and audits of compliance to policies and procedures on all operating contracts
Requirements
- at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- preferred Qualifications
- CIWM WAMITAB Level 4 Medium Risk Operator Competence for Anaerobic Digestion
- NEBOSH certificate in relevant area
- technical/ Special competencies
- flexible, positive and proactive attitude to work
- management skills with experience of managing teams to success
- experience of working within a regulated environment
Responsibility
- policies & Procedures: Accountable and responsible for in putting place and maintaining suitable and compliant policies and procedures for the Operations function, utilising Anaergia global documentation wherever possible, but generating UK-specific documentation if necessary to ensure that the full system needed by Anaergia operating contracts is always in place
- budget: Accountable and responsible for proposing and then meeting the Operations function budget on an annual basis
