- you should be keen to take responsibility for your workload and foster a team spirit to deliver results
- you must be willing to share your experience and help develop less experienced colleagues while furthering your own knowledge
- above all you must be passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers and be determined to succeed
- mac repair: 1 year
Responsibility
- if you have no Apple experience we can train you but we want evidence that you have built or repaired PCs
- booking in devices
- many technicians find they have reached a dead end and have nowhere to go in their current employment
- inspections and triage
- repair process
- quality inspections
- despatch preparation
