  • prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, Credits, and other standard bookkeeping tasks using Xero
  • manage Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • coding, Inputting and processing suppliers Bills
  • follow-up on late payments
  • prepare and submit Payroll on monthly basis
  • reconcile expenses
  • liaise with Accountants as needed
  • stay Current with all regulations, requirements and legal requirements
