- work closely with Digital Marketing to make sure websites, IPTV, Social media are all up to date with each practice
- constantly revisit marketing collateral and tools for most effective results

- formatting weekly consolidated invoices files from key suppliers for import into Financial Systems
- processing of overhead invoices for Amplify Group companies into Sage Intacct
- reconciliation of Supplier Statements for key suppliers
- monitoring of Finance e-mail inbox for response to invoice queries
- support the Systems Accountant in preparing Supplier Payment run files for approval by Joint Venture Partners
- regularly engage with key suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- regularly engage with internal stakeholders to resolve any Accounts Payable related issues
- ensure closure of the Accounts Payable ledgers in accordance with the management accounts timetable

- you will be responsible for all administration aspects of the Human Resource function as scoped out below

- new starter paperwork - From the point of acceptance, compile new starter paperwork to ensure all is completed, received and uploaded onto HR system
- ensure all paperwork is uploaded onto HR system
- HR portal - take responsibility to ensure system is accurate and updated, by capturing and uploading any people changes on a monthly basis
- payroll - production of monthly reports from HR system to submit for approval before being processed to Payroll
- acquired Level 3 CIPD or 1-2 years’ experience of working in Human Resources
