Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce various products
- quality control at all stages of the production process
- cleaning all work areas using various products and equipment
- fast-moving production environment so must be able to work quickly and efficiently
- packing products into boxes where required
- ensure that all work being done is to a high standard
- completing manual handling tasks including lifting bags and boxes of product
- reporting to and assisting the Production Manager and Production Technicians
Requirements
- ideally, you must have experience within the food manufacturing industry however full training is provided
- physically fit as this role involves manual handling and standing on feet all day
- good understanding of Health and Safety
- have excellent personal hygiene standards
- excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- must be flexible to carry out all shift patterns and cover where required
