Responsibility
act as the main point of call for the organisation with internal and external stakeholders, providing friendly, welcoming and professional support
set up new files and maintain existing files for all staff
develop and maintain appropriate filing systems to ensure the smooth running of the Operations
assist with the production of reports and statistics
screen telephone enquiries, signpost and take messages for the Director’s as appropriate
take an active part in marketing the home, providing initial information and directing for appropriate advice for new enquiries. Keep a record of enquiries
open and distribute mail delivered to the office
this is to include supporting the home by obtaining all statutory checks and references required for new staff prior to commencement of employment – in line with Safer Recruitment regulation
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Admin role
HR related role experience
pro-active work ethic
PA related role experience
adaptable to a dynamic working environment
