Responsibility

  • being the first point of contact for internal staff for IT-related concerns and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
  • assisting with hardware and software queries, from setting up new workstations to troubleshooting email issues
  • logging and tracking IT support tickets, maintaining accurate records of problems and their resolutions
  • collaborating closely with our IT specialist and escalating complex issues when necessary
  • maintaining and improving our IT systems, contributing to the development of efficient processes
