- maintenance, management and improvement of IT network including troubleshooting, installation, administration and 2nd
- provide technical expertise and guidance to other teams involved in the programme
- collaborate with other support teams to resolve complex technical issues and incidents
- manage and maintain the infrastructure including hardware, software, O365 and network components
- monitor system performance and security and take proactive steps to optimize and improve the overall user experience
- + Setup, configuration and troubleshooting of 3CX hosted Telephony
- ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and maintained
- 3rd line support of operational desktop, Server and software, Microsoft 365, including Windows 10/11 operating system, to ensure the highest level of service and support for users
