Responsibility
- be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
- create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive work culture
- liaise with the provider ensuring all necessary reports are sent in a timely manner
- participate in developing and communicating the strategic plans for the service

- to provide leadership to our carers and administration and manage the functions of the service in accordance with CQC requirements, our policies and procedures

Requirements
- QCF Level 5 or equivalent in Health & Social Care
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- full UK Drivers Licence
- excellent understanding of regulatory requirements
- A demonstrable commitment to quality and compliance
