Responsibility
- our client is hiring a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join them in their Finchley branch for an immediate start
- maintain contact with a database of potential buyers
- you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers
- encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion
- identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities
- as a Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers
- candidates must have a full driving licence and ideally 1 years’ experience in a sales negotiator position. We are also interested in people with experience in customer facing industries
