- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- proven experience as a mechanic
- strong knowledge of Mercedes vehicle systems and components and the different Mercedes models
- proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment specifically Xentry/DAS/HHT - or willingness to learn
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
