Responsibility

  • the all rounder chef will help prep/cook/ clean/ order/ open/ close
  • we do car/ bike shows, private hire parties as well as serve our every day customers breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • you must have food hygiene knowledge, be flexible and a good team player
  • good benefits for the right candidate
  • we are looking for a full time all rounder chef, as well as an experienced head chef to manage our busy restaurant kitchen, based in Marks Tey
  • we allow staff to do the weekly rota, therefore they can have flexible working hours to balance life outside of work
  • the Head Chef's job will include quality checking food, maintaining cleanliness, supervising and training all staff, cost cutting, waste control and also admin work
  • christmas and boxing day we close the restaurant to allow staff to have time off with family
