- provide feedback as the voice of the consumer and customer internally, specifically on range, channel design, competitor and commercial strategy
- effectively communicate key brand and product stories, co-ordinate initiatives and selling activities during key events
- attend Global and Regional meetings as required and present the Spanish Grassroots Business Strategy to internal teams

Requirements
- previous experience in event management, planning, and execution is a plus
- demonstrated proficiency in overseeing end-to-end license agreements and sponsorship contracts, ensuring the execution of partner rights
- entrepreneurial spirit with the hunger and curiosity to think differently and create new opportunities
