- BASE: Around Amber Valley
- RESPONSIBLE TO: Help at Home Coordinator & Manager
- to inform the Help at Home Coordinator of any changing needs of the customer
- carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall purpose of the post commensurate with the grade
- the worker needs to work in accordance with all of Amber Valley CVS’s policies and procedures, so that we can ensure a high quality service to our clients and ensure every worker has a safe working environment
- to inform the Help at Home Coordinator of any requirements to complete the tasks
