to manage all Key Workers and Support Workers ensuring that the highest level of professionalism and support is always provided
an opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager role, working within one of our Residential Family Centres in Southport
provide Designated Deputy Safeguarding Officer support to Amber Family’s DSO and undertake duties as outlined in the relevant Safeguarding Children Policies
to manage the day to day running of the Residential Family Centre, adhering to the National Minimum Standards for Residential Family Centres and The Residential Family Centre Regulations 2002

Requirements
direct staff management experience – At least one year
at least one year of direct staff management experience
some prior experience of working within a residential setting, i.e. care home, children's home, residential family centre
commitment to undertaking a Social Work qualification, or equivalent, once Level 5 is completed, if not already achieved
commitment to ongoing professional development
commitment to enrol on the Level 5 leadership for Social Care qualification, fully funded by Amber Family, within 3 months of undertaking the role if this is not already achieved
