Responsibility

  • supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours of concern within a residential home environment
  • identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
  • encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team
  • providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
  • being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player :)
