- to monitor the quality of materials & supples in and that all deliveries are placed in the relevant “batch bins”
- to ensure FPC / UKCA Marking Certification policies and procedures are followed and maintained
- programme the workload for the correct people to carry out the appropriate tasks based on skill and experience of that person
- continually examine ways of increasing productivity without adversely affecting quality
- this is to provide traceability throughout production and back to the supplier to meet the exacting standards of the company Quality Manual
- to roll out and arrange initial user training for all factory employees
- to provide or arrange, pro-actively, any necessary additional training that should be required to achieve the Company’s aims and objectives
- to ensure the works signed off as the RWC & VWI are up to and exceeding the required standard. Record and report on the documentation set out in the Quality Manual
