Requirements
pouring pints, mixing spirits and mixers. Must be well versed in Cocktail making
setting up and closing the bar
provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to guests in accordance with company standards
handle Payments and post on point of till system
identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment

managing the Bar team along with the GM & AGM
reconciling stock on a weekly basis and managing GP
daily Line Checks on the main products
stock control and Stocktake
ensuring all payments are being take correctly by bar team and reconciling it daily

arranging & attending client viewings & tastings
attending the bigger events on the day to ensure that it is running smoothly and being the main point of contact for the client
