- maintaining an organised electronic filing system
Requirements
- monitor client account, check monies received and inform the relevant fee earners
- daily Bank reconciliation
- systems oriented
- daily Bank reconciliations for Client and Office bank accounts
- strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- daily balancing of controls to ensure all prior day’s transactions and postings are processed under the firm policy and SAR’s
- ability to work flexibly, with high volumes and to tight deadlines
- processing BACS, CHAPS, Faster and International Payments using Natwest Banking System
