Responsibility

  • the position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities within the business, co-located across multiple sites
  • an urgent requirement for our Basildon-based client. This position will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide backup and support to the Lead Infrastructure Engineer
  • the post holder is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, Azure, O365 and Microsoft Exchange environment plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software
  • identify the correct procedures and appropriate channels for resolution and monitor resolution activities and progress updates to users
  • maintains the security, confidentiality and integrity of information systems
  • support all Infrastructure Strategies, implementations and training

Requirements

  • minimum of 1 years IT Infrastructure support in a similar sized Company
  • must be very dynamic and self- motivated
