- offering pre and post sales support to customers

Requirements
- the ability and be able to demonstrate working towards KPI’s and targets
- excellent organisation skills – Managing calendars, email etc
- excellent verbal communication skills
- fact-finding skills to accommodate client’s needs
- the ability to diagnose and sell the correct solution from our product portfolio
- confident, articulate and engaging telephone manner with exceptional customer service skills
- A professional manner, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- fibre Telecoms industry experience is sought for this role
