- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Warrington region
- management of all sub-contractors and trades to ensure timely delivery of the project
- ensure the site meets all safety requirements
- appointment and coordination of professional team such as architect, QS, engineers, etc
- we are a bespoke provider of Specialist Supported Housing, working nationally across England we focus on quality, value for money and creating homes for life. We create specialist housing schemes for partner agencies and commissioning partners
- work alongside the directors to effectively manage and monitor build plans, ensuring the projects meet customer expectations, new home warranty and regulatory standards
- we build and develop quality properties suit vulnerable people looking to move into their new home with tailored support provision to live meaningful and independent lives in the community

Requirements
- experience of managing residential building sites
- strong leadership skills
- coordinating subcontractors to ensure project progresses promptly
- ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
- effective communication skills
