  • the Alverton Hotel is a 4\* hotel, right at the edge of the city
  • we are currently looking for a Reception Manager to lead our front of house team
  • we want somebody to be able to wow our guests, so that they will always want to return
  • you need to be obsessed with standards and genuinely care about guest experience
  • lead by example
  • further, you need to be a great leader – to motivate not just your own team, but also other colleagues within the hotel
  • attend weekly departmental meetings
